Navi ELD provides electronic logging device (ELD) software and related services designed to help carriers and drivers remain compliant with FMCSA regulations.

3. User Responsibilities

Drivers and carriers are responsible for accurate input of information.
You must use the Service only as permitted by law.
You agree not to misuse or attempt to disrupt the Service.

4. Compliance
Navi ELD is FMCSA registered and designed to meet all federal requirements. However, ultimate responsibility for compliance remains with the carrier and driver.

5. Limitation of Liability
Navi ELD is provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or penalties that may occur from misuse or failure to use the Service properly.

6. Modifications
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the updated Terms.

7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.
